Monroe County Water Authority received the J.D. Power Award for ranking the highest in customer satisfaction with midsize water utilities in the northeast.
The award was based on six factors: quality and reliability, price, conservation, billing and payment, communications, and customer service.
“We are humbled and honored by our customers’ feedback that led this prestigious recognition for the third time in five years,” said Executive Director Nicholas Noce. “We will continue our commitment to provide the highest quality drinking water while delivering a superior service experience to our customers.”
