A special billing arrangement, referred to as the "Vacation Billing Plan", is available to residential customers who will be away for an extended period of time. Since the Water Authority bills on a quarterly basis, the time period away from the property should be a minimum of 3 months.

Under this plan, a bill is sent for the Base Charge only. (Base Charge Rate is determined by meter size)
