Our Meter Read Website is currently offline for maintenance.

Please call your read into our Meter Read Call-In system at 585-442-3034.

1. At the account number prompt, enter ACCOUNT NUMBER and then press the # button on the telephone.

2. Enter the first 4 numbers of the meter read, including all zeros, then press the # button on the telephone.

NOTE: Customers with cubic foot meters must enter all the numbers of the meter read.
