KUBRA EZ-Pay is a fast, easy and convenient payment service offered to MCWA customers to pay your water bill by credit or debit card - VISA, MasterCard, or Discover - or electronic check. There will be a small convenience fee that is added to your transaction by KUBRA, our third-party service provider, to cover the cost of offering you an alternate way of paying in a safe and secure environment.
Note that payments made today will not be immediately reflected on the new balance of your account.

Who is Kubra?
Kubra is the company that MCWA has contracted with to allow customers to pay their water bills by credit, debit or electronic check. The fee for this option is $1.49 per transaction.
MCWA does not have an agreement with any company other than Kubra for online bill payment services. Payments made online through a company other than Kubra are made at your own risk. If you choose to submit your water bill payment online through third-party bill payment services other than Kubra, MCWA will not know that you used a third-party online bill payment service, and may not receive your payment on time due to the procedures and processing timelines of each such third-party bill payment service. Please be aware that MCWA will impose standard late fees for any payments not received in a timely manner.
What types of payments are accepted?
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or electronic check.
What do I need to pay my water bill?
You will need your Water Authority account number; property house number; and your credit card, debit card, or bank account number.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay on-line by clicking here, or you can pay over the phone using a touch-tone telephone by dialing 1-877-736-1019 and following the voice prompts.
When will the payment post to my account?
If your payment is made before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, the payment will post to your account on the next business day. Payments made after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday, may post to your account within two business days. However, MCWA Customer Service Representatives will be able to see payments in real-time before they are posted to your account. If your account has been terminated or is scheduled for termination, please contact our Customer Service department at 585-442-7200 or 866-426-6292. Even though MCWA has the ability to see payments in real-time, it is your responsibility to contact us and let us know that you made a payment so that termination can be cancelled or service restoration can be scheduled.
Is there a payment limit?
The maximum payment allowed is $1,200.00. If your water bill is higher than $1,200.00, you will have to make multiple payments. Each payment will incur a convenience fee of $1.49.
Will I get a confirmation of payment?
When you make a payment on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you pay be phone, a confirmation number will be read to you. Please save this for your records.
What happens if I made an incorrect payment?
If you made a payment in error, please contact MCWA's Customer Service department at 585-442-7200 or toll-free at 1-866-426-6292 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
